Power Girls aims to empower girls with the pillars of Self-identity, self-respect, self-confidence and sexual Health and well-being, building relationships, leadership and career development and entrepreneurship. PowerGirls mission is “to walk with every underprivileged South African girl through an innovative 7-year program building her resilience so she can develop to her potential.” The PowerGirls Programme provides the girls with a safe space where they are free to share their stories, experiences and hopes. It is a community whereby the girls are enabled to connect and create positive friendships.
